Thank you to all of you that supported me (and Don Harper) in our effort to win seats on the Costa Mesa Sanitary District board.  While we didn't quite get there we appreciate the support of everyone and believe we made great efforts, choosing to run for the right reasons. 

 

I ran for Costa Mesa Sanitary District because I wanted to bring sensibility and accountability to the Board, as well as be a consistent advocate for the ratepayers.  I ran for this Board along with friend and fellow long-time Costa Mesa resident Don Harper.   Please visit Don's website at: www.voteharper2012.com.  

 

All of the current Board Members are knowledgeable public servants, but sensibility must be restored to this Board and changes to the way business and internal matters are conducted are imperative.  I believe that after 20 years or more in public office it is time for some to step down and allow others with newer energy, fresh ideas, and commitment to ethical governance to emerge.  I still support that belief.

 

I ran for Costa Mesa Sanitary District because I felt I could bring those new ideas and bring that new energy to the Board.  Thank you for all of your support.
